    My TV went out on May 18 with the first of 3 service calls arriving on May 19. It is now July 7 and I still have no TV! I have the extended warranty and all the people I call at Hhgregg and at Electro sound have given me the run around. No one seems to know what is going on when I speak to them. 8 weeks to get a TV repaired or replaced is a joke ! What other business could get away with this type of service?     We purchased a tempurpedic mattress for our spare bedroom from the clearance section.The mattress is a twin size,mattress only,we paid $400. for it (a lot more than we should have) We weren't sure about a foam mattress,the salesman assured us it came with a full warranty,and a 120 day trail.We assumed that meant we could return it.After 3 days we were sure we could not sleep on this mattress,we called our salesman and he said they did not return mattresses.He gave us an 800 phone number to call and said we would have to deal with their customer sevice department.DONT DO BUSINESS WITH...     We bought a BOSCH washer on April 30,2014 Got del on May 16,2014. Called Sales person Adam EZEL he was either not working on the days we called or with a customer or he said he was to sick to talk to me on the phone.     I purchased a washer and dryer on 11/25/11. I was told there would be a 69.99 delivery fee but I would get a rebate in return for the same price. I was told that it would be a quick rebate. Now I see that it was just bait to have them deliver it instead of just picking it up. They received my rebate on 12/07/11 and I called and was informed that the card has not been mailed out yet.     I purchased a GE dishwasher from hhgregg just over a year ago. after about 4 months it stopped draining water so I called for a service call. When the service was scheduled the guy called me and said he was in the neighborhood and should be there in 30 minutes. He never showed, That was a half a day off work. The following week we got it rescheduled, the guy came out and said he had to kill the power to the dishwasher, so he killed the power to the whole house.     We purchased an Affinity washer & gas dryer in May 2010. The dryer never worked properly and began to smell like it was burning. The repairman checked and the dryer is full of mold. He stated it takes at least 2 yrs for that much mold to develop and it probably occurred in the warehouse during storage as I live on a hill it couldn't possibly have happened that quickly in my home.     We bought a Sony 55" HX729 on Black Friday. We were told the TV would be in on Monday. When we went on Monday to pick it up they told us Tuesday or Thursday. It never came then either, and now we've been told they have no idea when they will come in as none are showing in their warehouse.     I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from the Duluth, GA store, paying for it on my Visa card last Thursday. Delivery was promised for the next day and I was told to expect a call notifying me of the delivery time between 6:30 and 9:30 AM. No one called, so I called the store at 10:30 or so and was informed that the charge had not gone through in time on my credit card, so they dumped me off the schedule (without calling me!).     I purchased a dishwasher from hhgregg after being told it could be delivered the next day. Next day turned into a promise of 4 days later. Then found out they had no idea when they could ever deliver it. They promised to refund my credit card the purchase price of $1,020. Then they said they processed the refund.     On 04/07/2011 I purchased a GE refrigerator from HHGregg; in Evansville IN; with a rebate offered on delivery. REBATE was DENIED for invalid time frame. After checking my rebate submission form you can imagine my surprise to find out that the rebate time limit expired on 3/26/2011. HHGregg still had this promotion plastered all over their store and even the sales person promoted it; a full 12 days after it had expired.     I purchased a 60" sharp aquos tv on 9/4/10 and on 10/14/10 it shut off. I called for repairs the very next day and it took until 11/15/10 to get it repaired, then one week to the day it broke again. Now we call for service again they are not coming till 12/6/10 to look at it again and who knows how long it will be till the parts come in only to have them come back and install them again.
