HHGregg Worst Company Experience!! - Sharp Aquos 60" wifi 3D


I was looking for a large 3d t.v for my living room, so my friend told me to try Hhgregg. I went to the first Hhgregg location that was in the area which was 30 miles away in Morrow,Ga on 3-20-2014.The sales rep was helpful and sold me a floor model Sharp Aquos 60" wifi 3D t.v for $1391. After he took the money off my card he told me to give him a little time to write down the SSN on the t.v for warranty,return,or exchange purpose. After he finished he hurried up and wrapped the t.v up and said everything is ready. I was happy that I got a good deal , but after they loaded it up I wanted to check the SSN because that's under the warranty. The sales rep put down different SSN on my receipt then that was on the t.v. I commonly walked back and told the sales rep that he accidently put down the wrong SSN which was one number off the t.v 16097 the receipt 16087. He told me that "it didn't matter, if anything was to happen because it was a floor model sharp will take care of it".
I ask him again to make the right changes to my receipt and he then said hold on let me talk to the store manager name Fred. Fred told me "the SSN is not important" I told him that he did give me a warranty on SSN 16087 and I need the right paper work. He finally made the right changes to my receipt, I later went home and plug up the t.v and the volume couldn't go pass 10 without being distorted. The next morning the t.v had a smoke smell and was turning off by itself, later it didn't turn on that night. The next morning I went back to the store to get a new t.v for a little more. When I return the sale rep said that he was out of stock with new 60" wifi 3d t.v's but he will sale me a 55" Lg ultra hd 4k wifi 3d for $2,500. I refuse and asked him for a refund and he walk off I was standing their for 5 minutes and then I called him back again and ask him again for a refund. He told me to hold on and went to talk to his sales manager Quentin. Quentin was talking to the sale rep and another worker on the side about the problem, he then came and ask me about another floor model and I told him I would like a new 3d t.v for a little more or my money back. He said that he can't take a loss because he can't sale the broken t.v to someone else now that it went out. He went back to the guy and told him to get the t.v, I aloud the guy to get the t.v without keeping my eye on him, Quentin then told me first he will check the t.v before he will give me a refund. He then plug it up the t.v came on but it looked like a small long crack in the inside of the t.v not any physical damage to the screen it look like someone push in the screen in two spots. Quentin happy looked at me and said I'm not going to give you a refund because the t.v is damage and that's grounds for him to cancel my warranty. I told him the t.v wasn't like that why will I push in the screen in two places the guy was pushing it holding it in the spots where it started I ask him what can I do so I just won't lose $1391 since he was happily ready to nothing. He said nothing. I'm now out of a t.v and $1391.
I'm now calling people in the cooperate office in hope that someone will help I spoke to Ms.Dia she haven't called me back. My bank told me to first try cooperate if no help, then report it to the Federal Trade Commission, then BBB, then to Consumer Protection Agency.If anyone can help please email with advice. carmelo242424@yahoo.com
