Samsung 64 inch flat s careen TV

My TV went out on May 18 with the first of 3 service calls arriving on May 19. It is now July 7 and I still have no TV! I have the extended warranty and all the people I call at Hhgregg and at Electro sound have given me the run around. No one seems to know what is going on when I speak to them. 8 weeks to get a TV repaired or replaced is a joke ! What other business could get away with this type of service? Ver,very, poor customer service.
