Washing machine broken since June 12! - LG top load washer

Our washing machine broke June 12, we had purchased the extended warranty so I called the number on our receipt. I was given a work order number and told I would be contacted by the service provider. After the first visit I was told we needed a new pulsator. It was ordered and then nothing. after I called again, 2 service people showed up, diagnosed the machine as needing a new clutch. I asked about the pulsator and was told both would be installed when they returned. I tried to speak with both the store manager and then the warranty company and was promised by both entities that I would receive a call within 48 hours. It NEVER HAPPENED!
The repairmen returned about 10 days later, and installed the parts. Two days later the pulsator came loose and the machine flooded our laundry room! I have tried calling the company, but all they do is say it's the warranty companies issue and transfer my call. Then they do nothing! Shouldn't HHGREGG care that their customers are getting horrible service? The answer is YES, but once you have paid for the appliance HHGREGG doesn't do anything but pass the blame and make excuses.
