hhgregg poor business pratice - Pro Scan 40" television


I purchased a 40" television online on 11/24/16. Received email on 11/27/16 stating it was ready for pick up. One hour later received email saying they cancelled order unable to meet demand. Money was supposed to be credited back to my account in 5-7 business days. No money received. Sent email was told on 12/19/16 order shouldn't been cancelled merchandise was at store. Ask if I wanted to keep or cancel.Told them to cancel had purchase another television.again told 5-7 business days for refund. Again no refund called on 1/2/17 was told just process on 12/23/16 check in mail 7-14 business days. Why couldn't money just be credited back to my account. I will never do business with them again.
