Customer - Bosch washer, KitchenAid Gas Range
We bought a BOSCH washer on April 30,2014 Got del on May 16,2014. Called Sales person Adam EZEL he was either not working on the days we called or with a customer or he said he was to sick to talk to me on the phone. He made me feel as if he made his sale so now to bad on us. The delivery men very nice tried to help as the plug did not fit it was a 240 plug would not work in 110 outlet. They said get a adaptor they did not know that the book said not to use adaptor. We called HHGregg for help said would have Manager call us back that was four days ago. No one calls back so sick of this will never buy from them again. They have one good sales person her name is Andrea she will go out of her way to help you. They have lost a good customer we have bought from them in the past. I plan on telling all my friends don't shop at HHGregg they do no believe in customer service.
